Reducing unnecessary workload

 

At Huntingtree, we believe in keeping teachers’ and leaders’ workload very manageable and purposeful. This purposefulness permeates our approach at all levels, from the choice of assessment materials and tracking systems, and keeping staff training focused on pedagogy, to the use of office staff to support with data inputting.

 

There are a number of specific measures that are part and parcel of life at Huntingtree, and which are designed to balance the need for productivity with demands on workload.
