Children in Year 1 and Year 2 complete a fortnightly maths quiz based on maths basic skills from the year group. These quizzes are completed in the alternative week to the spelling quizzes. 

The maths basic skills overviews are provided to parents and carers to help them support their child's learning at home, and the content is also covered in lessons.
