Our governors carry out delegated monitoring and evaluation between meetings aligned to a scheduled programme of work. In addition, we also have statutory committees in place for the purposes of performance management, pay, disciplinary and dismissal matters. Governors have specific responsibilities attached to their roles and visit the school on a regular basis to meet with staff and pupils.
