Evaluating Effectiveness
We regularly monitor the effectiveness of provision for all pupils with SEN through the following actions:
- Reviewing pupil’s individual progress towards their IEP targets at the end of each cycle
- Assessing pupil’s maths and reading ages at the end of each cycle to track progress
- Monitoring by the Inclusion Lead and other Senior Leaders
- Using Pupil Progress meetings to measure progress and discuss future provision
- Holding annual reviews for pupils with EHC plans
- External audits
The school's SEN provision is regularly monitored by the governors.
