Keep involved (school council)
School council
The School Council has a representative from every class from Year 2 and above, who are democratically voted in. We meet every two weeks to share views on school issues and meet regularly with Mr Harrold. The councillors have fortnightly tasks to complete - including taking feedback from their class. In 2021-22 we focused on increasing wildlife in our school grounds. We obtained hedging and fruit trees from the Tree Council which has allowed us to create our own small orchard on the edge of the Key Stage 2 field. In Autumn 2022 we will be receiving lots more trees from the Woodland Trust.
Do you have great ideas for how to make our school even better?
If you've got an idea about something that could be even better, make sure you talk to your class councillor. You can make a difference!
